Review : The film that directly released on NETFLIX was Apurva Dhar directed CHAMAN BAHAR starring Jitendra Kumar in lead role. Jitendra Kumar has honestly created a space for himself as an actor that can convincingly tell stories from the heartland with ease. Chaman Bahar is that kind of films that despite its slow paced will make you the part of the environment of the eccentric village folk and their aggressive takes but in their minds totally logical decisions. It is extremely difficult to represent a love story without having any interaction of the principle characters in any way; CHAMAN BAHAAR stands out as a unique love story due to that very creative decision.

The varied range of characters that pine and stalk is just a noise in the background. The real story is how people go through a gambit of emotions just by look of glance of a person you feel unexplainably drawn to.

Trivia : Ritika Badiani, who plays Rinku, does not have a single line of spoken dialogue in the movie, despite the fact that the entire movie revolves around her.
